Credit card policy
We will charge your credit card when your order is made and prior to shipment. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will not charge your account for that item, and notify you. Orders are sent to the billing address of the credit card unless further security verification exists.
Check or money order policy
For orders by check or money order, we will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 10 days. All orders must be pre-paid. Any unpaid orders received will be canceled after 15 days. Please note that it takes one week for a check drawn on a bank outside Illinois to clear. When sending us a check, please enclose a printout of your order to ensure accuracy. Non-credit card orders may be sent to any address specified once the payment (check/money order/bank transfer) has been credited to CYCLOS’s accounts.
Currency Conversion
All prices listed in eSHOP are in United States dollars. Visa, MasterCard or Discover will automatically convert your purchase to your own currency on your credit card statement. If you wish to know the exchange rate in your own currency, please visit a Universal Currency Converter site or contact your card bank.
Returns
You may return your new watch(es) within ten (10) days of delivery for a full refund. Special order or Waitlist items that require a 10% non-refundable deposit are excluded. Waitlist items may be refunded for the full amount less the 10% non-refundable deposit. If item is not in stock at time of purchase, CYCLOS will contact customer via phone or email within 4 business days to notify customer. Item is considered a waitlist item if not in stock at time of purchase.
Product must be in original, mint condition and all package components returned via overnight or 2nd day delivery service. Customers are responsible for insuring returned shipments. If the return is a result of our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us for resolution and we'll pay the return shipping cost.
Please note we accept domestic returns only. International orders are considered to be final.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through eSHOP or CYCLOS LLC. Refunds or returns of items purchased at an authorized CYCLOS reseller must be brought to that merchant for processing, yet please feel free to contact us. Please allow us two weeks to process the refund check.
Back order policy
All back-ordered items are subject to deletion. We make every effort to post “Sold Out” notices for any eSHOP items that are out-of-stock. In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will refund or credit your account for that item. Please check back with eSHOP or contact CYCLOS for availability.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are not included in the prices shown. We ship all orders will be shipped insured and via a traceable method. We typically use Express Mail Service (EMS) by the UPS or FedEx. We usually ship orders within 48 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central Standard Time (CST). If you place your order after business hours, we will ship within 48 hours of our receipt of your order, the next business day.
International Shipping
The shipping rate for your order, which is determined by value, weight and destination, is not calculated during the checkout process of the eSHOP. Typical international express shipments for one watch range between $95-$150 globally. Additionally, please note your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties assessed by the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
NOTE: We ship all international orders will be shipped insured and via a traceable method. We ship via Express Mail Service (EMS) by the U.S. Postal Service or other carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
